The Chard 10.5-Quart Aluminum Fish & Wing Fryer Kit features a heavy-duty pot with side handles and a fryer basket with cool-touch handles. The 15.5″ steel 4-legged stand is topped with a 50,000 BTU cast iron burner with an adjustable regulator with hose. The CSA Design Certified unit also includes a 5″ deep fry thermometer.
