Mounting hardware is included for installing the units on walls or other flat surfaces. Connect the receiver to the display and the transmitter to the source with user-supplied HDMI cables (such as Tripp Lite P568-Series). Then, connect the included IR cables for remote control, and plug the dual power supplies into an AC outlet. IR Pass-Through Technology Lets You Control the Video from an Extended Distance The IR cables let you control your source device with its remote (play, pause, fast forward, etc.), while you’re standing near the receiver located up to 50 meters away. Make sure the transmitters IR bulb is within sight of the source and the receivers IR bulb is in range of the sources remote.
